Bitter
A light-bodied English bitter, full of character. On the nose, notes of biscuit, light caramel and earthy hops with herbal hints. On the palate it is drinkable and balanced, with a malty sweetness supporting a clean, persistent bitterness. Challenger, East Kent Goldings and Fuggle hops provide complexity and a typically British dry finish.

"This beer is never quite the same twice — and that's a good thing."
We brew small batches. Every brew is similar, but never identical. The natural variations of the artisan process and raw materials make each glass a unique experience.
