It all starts from a dream in Rotonda: sharing the beauty of 'mbedicoast'. An idea born from love for the land that unites tradition, sustainability and pure conviviality.

Hop Cultivation
We set up our first hop yard and plant the first plants, laying the roots for a zero-kilometre production.
2023
The First Brew
After years of sacrifice and dedication, the dream becomes reality. The indescribable excitement of the first brew: the scent of malt and hops finally filling the brewery.
