English IPA
An authentic English IPA. On the nose, a complex bouquet of herbal and earthy hops (East Kent Goldings and Fuggle) with a malty base of biscuit and caramel. On the palate it is balanced, with a medium body supporting a firm but never aggressive bitterness. Dry hopping brings aromatic freshness without overpowering the malty character typical of the style.
